At Burnaby Buds, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and customer service. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are here to help resolve any concerns you may have regarding your recent order.

If you receive a defective product or have any questions or concerns about an item in your order, please reach out to our live agents right away. We want to work with you towards a resolution as quickly as possible, and to do so, we kindly ask that you provide us with the following information when reaching out:

  • Order number

  • Product name (including strain name)

  • A description of the issue

  • Video or photo best depicting the issue

Please note that during the warmer months, certain products, including edibles and concentrates, may melt or alter consistency during transportation. We advise our customers to keep an eye on their tracking information and retrieve their order as soon as possible upon delivery. If any affected items are received, we suggest placing them in the fridge to cool down. Rest assured that all products remain safe to consume.
