Mail order and delivery delays

At Burnaby Buds, we strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. We offer two types of delivery options: Canada Post and local delivery.


Orders shipped with Canada Post usually take around 6 business days to arrive, but sometimes they can experience delays. To stay updated on any service alerts, check out their website here.

If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, please contact our live agents, and we will investigate the issue for you. However, please note that Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system, and tickets are processed in the order they are received.


For same-day or next-day delivery, if you have yet to receive your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please let us know.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that if there are any issues related to your payment -- I.e. a manual payment is sent but an order number is not included, payment is sent to the wrong email, the wrong amount is sent โ€“ this could result in your delivery being delayed. Please ensure all Payment Instructions are followed in order to ensure you receive your delivery as soon as possible.
