How do I stay updated on the arrival of my order? SAME-DAY - LOCAL DELIVERY If you ordered via same-day delivery, please refer to the delivery schedule below: Same Day Delivery -- Vancouver & The Lower Mainland ​Please note: If your order is placed and paid for after the final cut-off for the day, it will be delivered in the first delivery wave the following day. If you would prefer a later delivery, please reach out when you place your order. Live tracking is not currently available for our Same Day Delivery service. However, you will receive a text/call 15 minutes in advance to notify you of the pending delivery. CANADA POST - MAIL ORDER Mail orders are shipped within 24 - 48 business hours of receiving payment. You'll receive your tracking information by email after it has shipped. Once Canada Post has scanned your package, you will start to see tracking updates. Please note: we have no further information on the whereabouts of your package other than what is currently displayed on the tracking page -- what you see, what we see, and what Canada Post sees is all the same information. Sometimes, there may be a delay in Canada Post scanning your package. However, if you have received your tracking number, this means your package is on the way, and you should see tracking updates as the package reaches its next checkpoint.

SAME -DAY DELIVERY IS AVAILABLE 7 DAYS A WEEK HOW IT WORKS... 7 Days A Week ~ NEW WAVES AVAILABLE 🕘 Morning Wave Orders paid and processing by 9:00 AM will be delivered between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Orders Placed After 9:00 AM Orders paid and processing after 9:00 AM will be added to the active delivery cycle and delivered between 2:00 PM – 9:00 PM. 🕣 Evening Wave (Final Cut-Off) Orders paid and processing by 6:30 PM will be delivered the same evening - no later than 12:00 AM. You need to live within the designated Vancouver area: Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Richmond, Tsawwassen, Ladner, Delta, Surrey, Burnaby, New Westminster, Langley, Maple Ridge, Coquitlam, White Rock, Port Moody, Abbotsford and Mission. 1. Select the Same-Day shipping option during checkout. 2. You need to provide your local phone number. The courier will be calling you to confirm pick up. 3. Pay for your order in full (via Email Money transfer) by the time specified above 4. Your order will arrive in the time slot above. WHAT IF YOU AREN'T HOME FOR DELIVERY... - You will receive a call 15 – 20 minutes prior to the arrival of your package. If you do not pick up, they will bring back for another delivery attempt during the following time block. You can also ask the driver to leave it in a safe location. There will be a photo provided to show that it was dropped off at the location asked. - It is crucial you use a real phone number, as the delivery driver will not just leave your package at your front door unless instructed to do so. - Please make sure to follow the payment instructions to ensure your order gets Same-Day delivery. A third-party courier service will be delivering your order, and they are not aware of what they are delivering to you, please be discreet, and respectful, and avoid conversation with the delivery person. Why hasn't my order arrived?

CANADA POST Orders shipped with Canada Post usually take around 6 business days to arrive, but sometimes they can experience delays. To stay updated on any service alerts, check out their website here. If your order hasn't arrived after 10 business days, please contact our live agents, and we will investigate the issue for you. However, please note that Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system, and tickets are processed in the order they are received. LOCAL DELIVERY For same-day or next-day delivery, if you have yet to receive your order within the estimated delivery time frame, please let us know. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that if there are any issues related to your payment -- I.e. a manual payment is sent but an order number is not included, payment is sent to the wrong email, the wrong amount is sent – this could result in your delivery being delayed. What is your shipping timeline?

After you have completed your payment, it can take up to 40 minutes for us to receive it on our end. If you have sent an e-Transfer or completed an Interac Money Request, Interac may hold your funds, which can result in a "pending" status in your online banking until payment has been cleared. Once your payment has been deposited, you will receive an email or text message confirming the deposit, and your order status will change to "Processing". MAIL ORDER VIA CANADA POST Once you've completed your purchase, your order will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days of being processed from one of our nationwide chains of warehouses. **Please note: Your order may encounter delivery service interruptions from Canada Post after being shipped. *Read More Please note: Canada Post inquiries are handled via a ticketing system.
